SIAL, the France international food exhibition, is organized by EXPOSIUM Group, which is the first largest exhibition group in France and one of the top ten exhibition groups in the world, hosting nearly 60 professional exhibitions every year. Started in 1964, SIAL, with more than fifty years of history, is staggered annually with the Anuga food exhibition in Germany and is the largest food industry event in the whole of Europe and the world. The exhibition covers the world without geographical restrictions and leads the global food industry trends.

SIAL has an area of 215,000 square meters and 19 product categories are set up at the show, which includes almost all products in the industry. The organizers set up 15 different types of food topic displays and discussion areas in various parts of the exhibition area, and more than 250 seminars were held during the exhibition, which greatly facilitated the exchange and communication between industry professionals from different countries. Therefore, SIAL is the leading trade exhibition for those in the food, retail and food service industries.
