In order to further promote the application of diversified new organic nitrogen sources and the high-quality development of the bio-fermentation industry, the China Bio-Fermentation Industry Association has decided to support Angel Yeast in Yichang City, Hubei Province in April 2021. The theme is "Creation and Improvement of Nitrogen Sources". The 7th Conference on the Application and Development Trend of New Organic Nitrogen Sources. The purpose of this Conference is to combine the characteristics of industrial technology to analyze and discuss how to start from the aspects of innovation, optimization and reasonable matching of organic nitrogen sources, the key core raw materials that affect fermentation, to promote the quality and efficiency of the fermentation industry. At the same time, it will play the role of information dissemination and introduce more cutting-edge and more applicable new perspectives, new technologies, new equipment and new projects to bio-fermentation companies to help the bio-fermentation industry empower healthy China.

Promoting scientific and technological innovation, realizing high-efficiency production, controlling the generation and discharge of pollutants from the entire process, and meeting the overall requirements of the "14th Five-Year" development plan for technological innovation and green development are the core issues for bio-fermentation enterprises to achieve sustained and high-quality development. The decisive factor is that scientific nitrogen source selection and efficient utilization must be adopted to ensure that the raw materials in the production process are fully utilized and the discharge of waste liquid and waste gas meets the standard. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to innovate in the field of organic nitrogen sources, develop and promote new and diversified organic nitrogen sources with cleaner sources, healthier quality, and higher bioavailability and use efficiency.

为进一步推动多样化新型有机氮源的应用以及生物发酵产业的高质量发展，中国生物发酵产业协会决定，支持安琪酵母于2021年4月在湖北省宜昌市举办主题为"氮源创制、提升效能"的第七届新型有机氮源应用与发展趋势研讨会。本届研讨会宗旨是结合产业技术特点，分析探讨如何从影响发酵的关键核心原料——有机氮源的创新、优选与合理搭配等方面着手，推动发酵产业提质增效。同时，发挥信息传播作用，向生物发酵企业推介更前沿更适用的新视角、新技术、新装备和新项目，助力生物发酵产业赋能健康中国。

推进科技创新、实现高效生产，从全过程控制污染物产生和排放，满足"十四五"发展规划关于科技创新和绿色发展的总体要求，是生物发酵企业实现持续高质量发展的核心问题。而这其中的决定因素就是必须通过科学的氮源选择和高效利用，确保生产过程中原料被充分利用，废液废气排放达标。因此，有必要在有机氮源领域继续创新，开发并推广来源更清洁、品质更健康、生物利用度和使用效率更高的新型、多样化的有机氮源。
